MIRROR

I stand facing the mirror
Like a baby I cry
But my image doesn't smile
No matter how hard I try

I drink my tears
And wipe my face
I forget my fears
And a joy I embrace

I want to be happy
So I spread my lips
I start to laugh
And my image reflects bliss

This is how the world is
It reflects you
You escape nothing nor miss
Bore fruits for what you do

You're born empty handed
And that's how you'll die
So why do you feel stranded
And over petty things you cry

You love your money
Does it love you back
Try loving your honey
He/she'll follow your track

Don't think what you could've done
Think what you're gonna do
Coz life is a mirror

DESPERADO

I dreamt I was dead

The corpse just lying

I was on the death bed

But nobody was crying

When I woke up I realised

How sweet the dream was

Coz with no you in life

I have no living purpose

My status changed to single

Im tired of poeting pain

Remorse and I mingle

With lonliness gone insane

Tired of walking alone

Wish you could be that shadow

Tired of crying on the phone

Makes me become a desperado.

I will never forget

The day you called our last

On your memories I regret

My present's haunted by the past

Stayed up the whole night

Because I missed you so

On your memories I cried

Joy became my foe

My life is not hell

It's something worse than that

Coz you're the best thing

The best thing I ever had

You know I complete you

If you're the rose

You can't escape earth

Places to hide are in dirth

The glow of her face
Marks my every morning
And her lovely embrace
Tells me the spring's dawning
Her smile so seducing
Like the sky after a shower
Her giggles finding me amusing
Like the blooming of a flower
The touch that she brings
Can make the dead rise
Her presence makes my soul sing
Like a dove in the heaven flies
Her arms fill me up
